Risk Disclosure

Kiwi Cave Rafting requires that all customers agree to the following Risk Disclosure.

1. I am aware that there are real risks involved on this tour due to the natural environment that we are about to enter. There is risk of drowning and or injury / death from falling from height, rockfalls, falling vegetation, Flooding and Earthquake. Kiwi Cave Rafting does its utmost to manage / reduce these risks however some things in Nature are beyond our control.
   
2. I acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to not proceed. I understand that under New Zealand Law, I can be held legally responsible if anything I do (or do not do) causes others harm and I did not take reasonable care, which includes listening to and following the Guides instructions.
   
3. I acknowledge Kiwi Cave Rafting ‘s right to end the tour at any time. Refunds for refusal to participate is at the discretion of Kiwi Cave Rafting.
   
4. Kiwi Cave Rafting may use photos and comments.
